Long beans are very rich in fiber and should be included at least once in a week meal. This recipe suggest how to cook long beans to serve family members.This is very easy and tasty recipe.Can be serve with roti or plain rice.

Ingredients of Beans curry

1.00 kg Long beans
2.00 no Onions
3.00 tbsp oil
1.00 tbsp Turmeric powder
1.00 tbsp Salt
3.00 no Green chilies
0.25 tbsp Cumin
0.25 tbsp Mustard
1.00 tbsp Chili powder
6.00 no Curry leaves
2.00 no Dry chilies
1.00 cup Coconut pieces

Firstly take the onions into a bowl and wash them properly and chop them into small pieces and put them aside for later use.
