Ingredients of Beans curry
STEP : 1
Firstly take the onions into a bowl and wash them properly and chop them into small pieces and put them aside for later use.
STEP : 2
Take half kg long beans and chop them into pieces.Try to cut into equal pieces which gives a better look and feel to our recipe.Now wash the long beans pieces with fresh water and make them dry.
STEP : 3
Take a half piece of coconut and remove the shield.Cot it into small pieces wash them properly and grind the coconut pieces for 1 min and empty the jar into a bowl.

Place a cooking pan on the burner and pour three tbsp of oil into it. Add curry leaves, dry chilies, cumin seeds and mustard seeds to the oil in the pan. Make then fry for a while.

Now add the chopped onions and green chilies to the fried ingredients in the pan and fry them till they turn golden brown colour.
STEP : 6
Now add turmeric powder, salt and chili power to the fried onions and also add the chopped long beans along with the coconut.
STEP : 7
Close the lid for five minutes and let it fry. Mix the curry in the pan for 2 or 3 times and the long beans curry is ready to serve along with white rice or chapati.
