This is a very hot recipe made from Basa fish. The fish need not be marinated at all and is cooked in the Keralian style. It is a semi dry gravy preparation and is cooked very quickly with little raw materials. It can be served with plain hot rice.

2.00 tbsp Mustard Paste
2.00 tbsp Coriander Leaves
0.50 tbsp Salt
0.50 tbsp Turmeric
6.00 tbsp Oil
0.25 tbsp Kalonji Seeds
