Take barley seeds grind it well and add water to it boil for some time to make a thick paste,after that add salt,mustard powder to it for the taste pupose also add some chili flakes also for the taste.

- 1.00 cup Barley seeds
- 2.00 cup water
- 0.50 tbsp salt
- 0.50 tbsp pepper powder
- 0.50 tbsp ghee
- Take barley seeds of 1/2 cup and made them into a fine powder through a mixer and those fine powder will be used to prepare the soup.
- This fine powder of barley will be added to the water and soak it for sometime i..e 2 to 3 minutes before the process.
- Now take the pan add 1/2 table spoon of ghee to the pan and made it heat for sometime and only take the fresh ghee.
- After that the fine powder which is soaked in water can be squeezed off and add it to the ghee and made it fry for some time.
- Now add water to it and we can add for 1/2 cup of barley powder we need to add 2 cups of water and made it boil for 20 minutes.
- We need to boil this powder with water until a thick paste is formed without any touching the bowl under we need to take care of this.
- Once this is boiled add 1/2 table spoon of salt to the soup for taste,we can add any type of salt either rock salt also.
- And now we need to add pepper powder to the soup formed and made it cook for some more time to get that flavors.
- Before putting off the stove again we need to add some ghee mix well and put off the stove,take into the serving bowl.
