These are the simple ingredients required to make the barley ladoos at home with few simple ingredients.

Firstly take a frying pan and in it add the barley. Now roast the barley till raw smell disappear.

Till the barley gets roasted take a mixer grinder and grind sugar and cardamom seeds.

After dry roast the barley grind it in to flour and also sugar and cardamom seeds powder in the grinder.

Also Grate the dry coconut in grater and Chopp the almonds in to small pieces .

Now take a frying pan and in it add the ghee .keep the flame low to medium. Melt ghee.

Now in the melted ghee add the dry roasted barley flour in the frying pan.

Dry the barley flour in the ghee till golden colour. Make sure that the stove is on the low flame to avoid burning.

After frying barely in golden colour now remove it in a plate and add the sugar flour in it.

After adding sugar flour now add the chopped almonds in the mixture. Make sure that the almonds are in small pieces.

Now mix the mixture well with each other. Make sure that all the items mixes well with each other nicely.

If the mixture is dry then add a little of warm ghee in it till you get binding like consistency for making ladoos.

Now start making balls of the mixture prepared in. The mixture should be at warm temperature.

In the same manner make all the balls of the mixture prepared. Bind the mixture well in to make balls.

Now garnish it with the grated coconut. And also with chopped almonds in the small pieces.
