STEP : 1
These are the simple 8 ingredients required to make the Barley ki kheer in the home.

STEP : 2
First step you need to soak the Barley and Sabodana in water for 30 minutes or more.

After soaking it next you need to take the grinder cup and put the soaked Barley in it and grind it

STEP : 4
You need to grind the barley in this way as shown not like a paste

After grinding the barley next you need to take the cooking utensil and put it on the stove and add the ghee in it as shown

After adding the ghee next you need to add the half table spoon of Cardamon seeds powder in the cooking utensil as shown

Next you need to add the 2 cups of milk in the utensil as shown and boil the milk for few minutes

STEP : 8
After boiling the milk next you need to add the above grinded barley in the milk in the utensil.

After adding the barley next you need to add the soaked Sabodana in the milk, mix it well and cook for few minutes

When Sabodana and barely gets cooked you need to add the one cup of sugar in it as shown.

After adding the sugar you need to cook till the sugar dissolve completely as shown

After cooking the kheer you need to remove it in the serving bowl and garnish it with the fried Almonds and cashew as shown
