STEP : 1
Take one gourd two dried red chili, two green chili, small shrimp, cumin seeds, radhuni, and chopped coriander leaves all those things to bring together and keep aside.

hot a pan then add some oil in it, when oil become hot add the dried red chili into the hot oil and fry them for thirty seconds.

Then add some coriander seeds into the hot oil and fry them for another thirty seconds in high flame on the gas oven.

Then add some properly washed shrimp into the hot oil and cook it for two minutes in high flame on the gas oven.

Then add some salt and some turmeric powder into the shrimp and cook them for another one minutes in high flame.

when the shrimp become cooked add the chopped gourd and cook them till the chopped gourd will be cooked in high flame.

Then add two green chilies some salt some turmeric powder into the cooked gourd and cook them for another five minuted in low flame.

Then add some chopped coriander leaves into the cooked shrimp and gourd for another five minutes in low flame in the gas oven.

serve this recipe hot on a serving plate with hot steamed rice or hot roti for a satisfying and happy meal.
