Ingredients
Bangan Basanti
- 0.25 kg brinjal slices
- 1.00 cup mustered seeds green chili paste
- 0.25 cup mustered oil
- 0.25 tbsp turmeric powder
- 0.50 tbsp salt
- 2.00 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
Instructions
Bangan Basanti
- cut the brinjal and clean with water and keep aside then paste the mustered seeds with green chili with some water and keep aside.chop the coriander leaves and some oil bring together and keep aside
- Then hot a pan and add some oil in it then add little bit if mustered seeds in it for tempering
- Then add the brinjal in to the tempering and add some salt and some turmeric powder add it and fry the brinjal properly
- Then add the mustered seeds and green chili paste inn to the fried brinjal and and cook for 5 minutes in low flame
- Then add the green chili and turmeric powder and some mustered oil in to the cooked brinjal and cook for another 2 minutes till the masala is split the oil. Then off the gas oven
- Serve this bangan basanti hot in a serving bowl and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.Serve this recipe with hot steamed rice
