Ingredients of Banana toffee
STEP : 1
The key ingredients to prepare banana toffee,we need elakki bananas, maida,corn flour,white sesame seeds,baking powder,oil and salt.

Take four tablespoon of sifted all purpose flour or maida with little bit salt in a seperate bowl.
STEP : 3
Add two tablespoon of corn flour along with the all purpose flour to prepare batter.
STEP : 4
Add half pinch of baking powder ,you can even add baking soda in it and mix it.
STEP : 5
Gradually add little by little of water and mix a smooth batter by using spoon.

Make sure the batter should be lumps free ,don't mix it too much watery should be thick.

Take Seven nos of small bananas ,peel the each banana and cut into half diaganol.

Coat the diaganol shape bananas with corn flour so that the batter should be attached nice.

Turn on the flame, Place a pan and add required amount of oil ,let it heat.

Dip the coated bananas along with the batter on all sides completely and check the oil heated.

When oil get nice hot ,drop the dipped bananas one by one by using tooth pick.

When it turns golden brown color and turns crisp ,take out and strain the oil.

For making caramalised sugar ,add two cups of of sugar in another pan to make a syrup.

Add half cup of water, Mix the sugar for two to three minutes till it turns honey brown.

Add the deep fried bananas along with the syrup and mix it only for few seconds.

Add the mixed bananas one by one in a cold water with ice cubes and transfer it in a serving plate by sprinkling white sesame seeds.
