Toffee banana is famous indian sweet dish and also famous chinese dessert , These is the new way for your kids to have banana in their daily routine life and everyone like these toffee very much and it is less time consuming.

Ingredients of Banana toffee

7.00 no Elakki Bananas
2.00 cup Sugar
0.25 tbsp baking powder
4.00 tbsp Maida
4.00 tbsp corn flour
3.00 tbsp White sesame seeds
0.50 liter Oil for fry
0.25 tbsp Salt
0.25 milliliter cold water

The key ingredients to prepare banana toffee,we need elakki bananas, maida,corn flour,white sesame seeds,baking powder,oil and salt.

Take four tablespoon of sifted all purpose flour or maida with little bit salt in a seperate bowl.

Add half pinch of baking powder ,you can even add baking soda in it and mix it.

Take Seven nos of small bananas ,peel the each banana and cut into half diaganol.
