First you need to Remove the outer covering of the plantain stem from the Vazhaithandu .

Now you need to take the pressure cooker and put 2-3 cups of water and add finely chop Vazhaithandu into the pressure cooker.

Now you need to take the one cup of moong dal and wash it in a water.

Now you need to take the moong dal and add it into the pressure cooker.

Now you need to add the salt to taste into the pressure cooker.Don't put more salt.

Now you need to close the pressure cooker and leave it for 1 to 2 whistles.

Now you need to take the small mixture grinder and than put 3 piece Coconut.

Now you need to take the Green chillies and put it into the mixture grinder.
