Ingredients of Banana shake
STEP : 1
Soak the almonds for about 36 hours before the preparation of milkshake. Soaked almonds help digestion, keeps our heart healthy and a good source of antioxidants.

The almonds are ready. Choose 3 medium sized bananas. Remove the banana peel. Banana helps to lower blood pressure, keeps heart healthy and also helps to gain weight.

Cut the bananas into pieces so that it will be easier to grind them and prepare a fine paste.

Once the banana is ready, cut the almonds into small pieces along with the skin to make it easier to grind them.

Keep a glass of boiled milk ready to prepare the paste. The paste can also be prepared using water. Transfer the banana and almond to the mixer.

Once the almond and banana are ready to prepare the paste, add 1/4th cup of milk to the mixer containing almonds and banana.
STEP : 7
Grind the ingredients to prepare the paste. Add more amount of milk to prepare a fine paste. Transfer the paste to another bowl.

Add three tablespoons of the paste to a glass. To this, add a glass of milk and mix them well. Now, the banana almond milkshake is ready to serve.
