STEP : 1
The key ingredients for banana Cashew milk shake are : Bananas, Milk, Cashews, Sugar, badam(Almonds), vanilla ice cream. elache and horlicks.

Crush almonds into small uneven pieces and keep them separately in a bowl. Almonds give good taste to the milk shake

STEP : 3
Now crush cashews also into small pieces and keep them in another bowl . donât mix them with almonds.

Take out the outer layer of the Elache and grind the seeds to a fine powder.

STEP : 5
Peel of both the bananas and cut them into small pieces. It is better to take ripe bananas.Take a blender or a juicer jar of the mixie , add the banana pieces to it.

Now add the sugar to it and blend it well to melt the sugar and form a smooth paste

Boil the milk and keep it aside to cool. Now add cooled milk to it by using a stainer to avoid fat and cream from the milk.

Add half of the cashew pieces, all almond pieces and elache powder to it and blend it well. The remaining cashew pieces are kept for garnishing

Now add ice cream to it and blend for only 5 seconds . otherwise the ice cream looses its cooling.

Pour the milk shake from the jar into an attractive serving glass. It makes 2 glasses of milk shake.

Now sprinkle horlicks on the top the milkshake lightly so that it will float on the milkshake

Garnish on the top of the horlicks with the remaining cashew pieces and serve it immediately
