Ingredients of Banana halwa
STEP : 1
Take a coconut of fresh one and made it in to the small pieces and take that pieces of 1 cup.

Take a grinding jar add those pieces in to it and grind it well to make a fine paste with some water.

For 1 cup of the grinded coconut paste take equal amounts of 1 cup of sugar only for the preparation process.

Take one big bowl add these sugar to it and add water in to it for dissolving of sugar easily in a medium flame.

After dissolving it and we need to made a thin paste of sugar by continuously stirring it in a low flame.

After that add 1 cup of the finely grinded fresh coconut paste in to it and mix well with the sugar.

Now take one banana peel of the skin and cut them into the required pieces for the making of halwa with this.

Take one pan and put it on the stove pre heat the pan for some time in a low flame and add fresh ghee.

Made the ghee of 1/2 table spoon heat for some time on a low flame until it dissolves in the pan.

After that add some oil of 1 spoon to the ghee and made the oil to heat on the stove in a low flame.

After that add raisins of 1/2 table spoon to it and made the raisins to fry in the pan contains ghee and some oil.

After changing of the color of raisins take them to another bowl which is used in the preparation process of doing halwa.

In the same pan add the elaichi flakes and made it to fry in the low flame and take them to bowl after they are fried.

In the same pan add cashew of 1/2 table spoon to it and made them fry in the oil in a low flame.

Once the color of cashews has been changed remove them put off the stove and take in to the another bowl.

The mixture of coconut and sugar is ready during this process of doing all the above steps and put of the stove at that pan also.

Collect some mixture in to the bowl containing the banana slices and mix well with the banana and made them to paste .

Take one plate add ghee of fresh one and hot one also to the plate and spread all over the plate.

After that add those fried raisins,cashews and elaichi to the plate and spread all over the plate in a desired manner.

Now spread that mixture to all the plate and kept aside to cool it down after that take into the serving bowl.
