STEP : 1
Take a cup of sugar, a cup of wheat flour, 4 ripe banana, 1 tablespoon fennel seeds. If you like you can also take fresh grated coconut.

Soak almond in a cup of water at least for half an hour, chop the entire soaked almond and keep it separately. In place of almond you can also add cashew nut or raisin.
STEP : 3
Mix mashed ripe banana, 1 cup sugar, fennel seeds and 1 cup of wheat flour. Mix well all the ingredient and check the consistency, if required adds more wheat flour.

After that add chopped almonds and mix well. Again check the consistency with a help of spoon. The consistency should be thick.
STEP : 5
Heat oil for deep frying the Paka Kolar Bora or Ripe Banana Fritters, one by one the batter of banana fritters with the help of spoon and fry it until the fritters turn golden in colors.
STEP : 6
Transfer the paka kolar bora into a serving plate and place the chopped almonds on the top surface of fritters. Serve hot and enjoy it.
