  • 1.00 cup Banana Flower
  • 1.00 tbsp Mustard Paste
  • 1.00 tbsp Coconut Paste
  • 2.00 tbsp Chili
  • 2.00 tbsp Mustard Oil
  • 0.25 tbsp salt

  • Take the chopped banana flower and make some coconut paste. Set aside a green chili and boil the banana flower to soften.

  • Blend the banana flower in a mixture machine to form a smooth paste. Make a paste of the mustard seeds and use a green chili for making the paste.

  • Add the coconut paste, mustard paste, salt and mustard oil in a mixing bowl so that the same can be used for steaming
