Sweet banana cutlet is a indian cutlet sweet recipe, we might be familiar with savoury cutlets recipe , we can also make a sweet cutlets using mashed bananad with coated fibre biscuit crumbs or you may use like bread crumbs, semolina for coating.

Ingredients of Cutlet preparation

3.00 no Banana
1.00 cup Maida
2.00 cup Biscuit crumbs
6.00 tbsp oil for frying
1.00 tbsp cooking soda
1.00 tbsp salt
0.50 tbsp Turmeric powder

We must note on the oils,add a coconut or vegetable oil if you like, i used refined oil on top of the mixture .

Now mix the batter very well, no problem if there is a lumps on the mixture ,if batter is thin add a biscuit crumbs or all purpose flour and mix well.

My kids doesn't like bananas. Every time I told them to eat bananas as much as you can. But they don't even eat single piece itself. Here I found such a awesome recipe. I never thought of making cutlets of such a healthy fruit with simple ingredients that is easily available in the market. Well explained, step by step and the procedure once we follow those steps properly then the cutlets are not very difficult to make we can prepare this when they are bored out of all other things .Its really nutritious and all different from others.
