Ingredients of Banana cake
STEP : 1
At the first step take the banana and remove it's skin and place it on a plate and keep it aside .

Then take a blender or mixer pour sugar and two egg to it ,add some cardamom powder also , then grind it well .

Then cut the banana in to very small pieces and heat a veleppachatty and pour some ghee to it then add the sliced banana to it .

Then mix it well and fry it slightly ,it will take about two to three minutes and then off the flame . Let it cool.

I made it part by part because it's three banana , I used 1 and 1/4 banana for two eggs . Mean while fry some nuts and raisins also in ghee.

Then take the beaten egg and sugar in a bowl ,to this add the fried nuts and fried banana mix it well .

Then heat the veleppachatty again pour some ghee to it and keep in low flame ,then pour the egg banana mix to it .

Close the veleppachatty and let it cook for ten minutes , check in every three minutes , then when it is done ,

We can see the upper layer is not cooked fully so take a fry pan and transfer the kaipola to it from the veleppachatty , let it cook cook for two minutes in flame .

I made this in the idli thatt also it came out really well , just bake the egg banana mix and pour to idli thatt little by little , spread some ghee on idli thatt .

Close the thatt and keep for five to ten minutes and then turn it aside using a spatula and again let it cook .

Our both kaipola from idli thatt and vellepa chatty is ready to serve. Transfer to the serving plate and cut it to pieces .
