Ingredients of Banana bread
STEP : 1
Now take all purpose flour alternatively you can also use white whole wheat flour or regular whole wheat flour or self raising flour into a bowl before using filter the flour .

For sieving the ingredients are (Raw sugar,all purpose flour,baking soda,salt) now take a powdered sugar and filter the sugar by using filtrate for sugar(add half cup of sugar if you would like it less sweet,one cup if more sweet).

Add a tablespoon of cinnamon powder for a flavor and taste and a tablespoon of baking soda ,you can swirl a ground cinnamon on top of the bread.

Add a pinch of salt for a taste ,Now mix all these sieved ingredients very well instead of sugar add brown sugar or chocolate chips into mixture,now mix all these ingredients using electric mixer.

Take a single large bananas (peeled) in a separate long vessel (note-the best bananas to use for banana bread are those that are over rip.e) now mash the bananas using fork spoon or by hand.

Banana bread contains a healthy amount of fat,if you are following low fat diet instead of oil you can use apple sauce if you like, and add half cup combination of mixed flour along with mashed banana

Now mix the batter very well ,you can add almond essence or vanilla extract into the batter if you like,I used ghee or clarified butter.

Adding extra virgin olive oil is highly beneficial neutral favour mix it well, but i used coconut oil into mashed riped bananas.

Now mix the batter very well ,half cup of raw or warmed milk into the batter ,you can also add non diary milk like almond milk,coconut milk if possible.

Add two large eggs,if you don't like you can left over the egg yolks from the egg white, finely beat the eggs using fork spoon or electric mixer,adding egg yolks are good for health,it contains a higher nutritional power house.

Now add the mixture into the combined flour and stir it well ,no problem if some lumps are there to bake a banana bread.

Now mix all these ingredients, also add chopped walnuts you can also add pecans,raisins,chopped dry fruits,chocolate chips and fresh banana slices(totally optional).

Now pour the banana batter into a loaf pan and dump it on all sides to set down clearly.Now pre heat the oven at 165 degree celsius or 325 farenheit.

Now bake it on oven at 165 degree c or 325 degree farenheit for 45 minutes.Note the yellow peels should be atleast half browned and the banana inside squishy and browning now take out the cooked banana bread outside to confirm the baked bread use a bread knife the ingredients are well settled or not.Now our yummy banana bread is ready to serve.
