STEP : 1
Take 1/2 cup raw rice (30 gms) and keep it in water for atleast half in hour before making the dish.
STEP : 2
After half in hour take the raw rice , bamboo shoots also add 1 tbsp Jeera , 1 green chili , 4 pieces of garlic and grind them to make a paste of it.

Take out the paste in a bowl and add 1/2 tbsp salt , 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder , 1/2 tbsp chili powder now mix it properly and its ready to make tikiyas.
STEP : 4
Take a fry pan and pour 1/4th cup of mustard oil when the oil is heated make circular form of the paste known ass tikiyas and place it in the fry pan.
STEP : 5
Now deep fry the tikiyas for 8 to 10 minutes till its colour changes to brownish colour now bamboo shoots tikiyas are ready to be served.
