Its a side dish which can be taken with rice its made up by a mixture of raw rice and the bamboo shoots by grinding both and then add turmeric powder,salt,chilli powder to the paste and make tikiyas of the paste and then deep fry it in refined oil and its ready to be served.

Ingredients of Bamboo shoot vadai

0.50 cup Raw rice
2.00 cup Bamboo shoots
1.00 tbsp Jeera
0.50 tbsp Turmeric powder
0.50 tbsp Salt
0.50 tbsp Chili powder
1.00 no Green chili
0.25 cup Mustard oil
4.00 no Garlic

Bamboo shoot vadai

Take 1/2 cup raw rice (30 gms) and keep it in water for atleast half in hour before making the dish.

After half in hour take the raw rice , bamboo shoots also add 1 tbsp Jeera , 1 green chili , 4 pieces of garlic and grind them to make a paste of it.

Take out the paste in a bowl and add 1/2 tbsp salt , 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder , 1/2 tbsp chili powder now mix it properly and its ready to make tikiyas.

Take a fry pan and pour 1/4th cup of mustard oil when the oil is heated make circular form of the paste known ass tikiyas and place it in the fry pan.
