Different Evening Time Snack For Baingan Pakora Recipe
Baingan pakora is very crispy snack recipe. This is a very simple snack or breakfast item which can be done with only one vegetable and simple ingretiants to used make this dish.
Ingredients
Baingan Pakora
- 1.00 cup melongene
- 0.50 tbsp salt
- 0.50 tbsp cumin
- 0.50 tbsp mustardseeds
- 1.00 liter oil
- 0.25 tbsp vamu
- 0.50 cup chanapowder
- 0.50 cup water
- 0.50 tbsp red chili powder
- 0.50 tbsp butter
Instructions
Baingan Pakora
- Take the melongene of 1 cup which are fresh and clean one which are used for the process of doing pakoda.
- Take the bowl of water add these melongene to it and clean them with the water neately without having any dirt.
- Take out of those melongene and put them to the bowl containing holes in order to settles down all the water from it.
- Now take the cutter and cut the nods of all the melongene finely and carefully for further preparation process easily to do.
- Take a bowl of water and add salt of 1/2 table spoon to it and mix well until the salt dissolves in it.
- After removing of nods of the melongene cut them to required pieces for doing of pakoda gently with the cutter only.
- Now add those cutted pieces f 1 cup to the bowl containing the salt water in order to remain fresh during the process .
- Take a pan add 4 cups of oil to it and made the oil to heat in a low flame for some time of the remaining process.
- Take another bowl add chana powder of 1 cup to it which is used for doing of pakoda in further process.
- Add salt of 1/2 table spoon to the bowl containing the chana powder and mix well in the bowl to applies to the powder.
- Take the vamu and add 1/2 table spoon of it to the chana powder and mix well for the taste purpose.
- Also add the red chili powder of 1/4 table spoon to the chana powder and mix well with the powder in the bowl.
- Now add the butter of 1/2 table spoon to it and mix well with the chana powder in the bowl gently and finely.
- Also add the oil of 1 table spoon to the bowl in order to get pakodas crispy we are using the oil here which is hot oil.
- Pour some water of 1 glass to the powder in step by step to the bowl and mix the chana powder in the bowl with this water.
- It will form a loose mixture like this when we will mix with the water for doing the pakodas easily with this mixture.
- After that add the melongene pieces to it and mix well with the paste and keep it calm until all the spices applies to the pieces.
- After that take those mixed melongene pieces with the hand and add these to the heated oil in a medium flame.
- Mix well in the oil on both sides in a medium flame until they cook well inside also with the pieces of the melongene in the oil.
- After changing of the color take them out put off the stove and take in to the serving bowl to serve when the pakodas are hot.
