- 0.50 Kg Baingan
- 2.00 no Onion
- 3.00 no Green chili
- 2 No Tomato
- 2 tbsp Salt
- 1.00 tbsp Red chili powder
- 0.50 tbsp Haldi powder
- 2.00 tbsp Dhaniya powder
- 0.25 Cup Oil
- 2.00 no Coriander leaves
- 1.00 tbsp Turmeric powder
- 4.00 no Garlic
- 1.00 cup Jeera

- First we take the ingredients vegetable and clean it. after clean them cut it in small size and take it in a bowl.
- Now we take the bangain and tomato and clean it. after that we dry the bangen and tomato and take it in a bowl.
- Now we remove the chilka upon it and take it clear properly after that we take it in a plate and using to ready the paste of it.
- Now we take all the rest masala ingredients in a bowl in required amount to cook the bangain bharta at home.
- Now we take a pot and heat the oil in it properly. after hearing the oil we mix the jeera and cutting lasun in it.
- Now we take the cutting ingredients and mix them in the heated oil and also mix the vegetable masala in it and cook it.
- when these ingredients are going to the cook then we mix the ready paste of the bangain and tomato in it and cook it for few minutes.
- Now with in the few minutes the testy bangain bharta is cooked properly and it is ready to the serve.
