Baingan Bhaja recipe is prepared out of thick slices of the eggplant marinated in spices. These pan fried brinjal pieces are so tasty with some hot rice and dal.

- 1.00 nos Brinjal
- 0.25 tbsp Salt
- 0.25 tbsp Sugar
- 0.25 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 3.00 tbsp Oil
Instructions
Baingan Bhaja
- Take one brinjal and keep aside, some sugar, some turmeric, some salt all those things bring together and keep aside.
- Wash the brinjal and cut it properly and put it on a plate and add some salt to it and keep aside.
- Add some turmeric powder into the washed brinjal pieces and keep aside for making the next step of the begun bhaja.
- Add some sugar into the washed brinjal pieces and keep aside for making the next step of the begun bhaja.
- Mix all the ingredients with brinjal pieces and keep aside for few minutes for marination and making the next step of the recipe.
- Heat a pan then when the pan is become hot add some oil in it and hot it again for another one minute in high flame.
- Then add the brinjal pieces into the hot oil and fry them for two minutes in high flame on the gas oven.
- serve this recipe in the serving bowl for eating. serve this recipe with hot roti hot paratha or hot steamed rice.
