Peanut bagara baingan brinjal curry is a famous andhra cuisine ,these curry is prepared mainly for briyani ,It gives a authentic taste by adding mild spices ,it is easily can prepared at home in delicious manner compared to restaurant style and also can serve these for egg plant curry.

0.50 tbsp Turmeric powder
0.25 cup Garlic cloves

0.50 cup Curry leaves

1.00 tbsp crystal salt

The key ingredients to prepare peanut bagara baingan ,we need brinjal,peanuts,onions,tomatoes,red chilli powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder,black pepper powder,mustard seeds,fenugreek seeds,white sesame seeds,tamarind,garlic cloves ,oil and salt.

Simply superb mam, You were posting lots of simple and healthy recipes. The brinjal contains iron , essential nutrients. It's quick to make under 20 to 25 minutes and is so flavourful, yummy , amazingly delicious. Mixture of white seasame seeds, black pepper, fenugreek seeds , red chilli and tamarind gives unique taste and gives extra spices to the dish. I have tried this and turns out fantastic. I served this with white rice, it also goes well with chappathi and tomato biriyani. Post more recipes for us mam, thanks for sharing.
