STEP : 1
All the ingredients are taken as per requirement. Jeera is powdered before use. This dish uses maida and badam as the main ingredient.

STEP : 2
Firstly, transfer badam seeds into the mixing jar and make it to a smooth powder. Also it may be half ground.

STEP : 3
Now, after badam is ground, transfer it into a dry vessel as shown. Keep it aside. This will act as a good binding as well as taste maker.

Now take a fresh vessel and transfer the flour maida into it, as shown. The maida used must be lumpless and insect free.

STEP : 5
Now add the badam powder into the flour and mix it well. This kind of mixed flour nut biscuits is healthier for children.

Add pinch of salt as required for making the snack. See that less salt is used. Also baking powder may be used.

Now add jeera or ground jeera into the mixture. This removes indigestion and also maintains the taste and adds to the crispiness of the snack.

Finally add melted butter or ghee as shown. Butter makes the snack more softer and improves the taste and touch too.

Mix all the ingredients as shown to a thinner powder. The more hotter, the more easy they mould to snack of round shape.

Add just a spoon of milk to the ingredient for proper binding. This also makes the dish yummier to taste and touch.

Now form it into a small flat circles as shown. Transfer it into a temporary plate as shown. Keep it aside.

Take a baking mould and apply or spread the butter as shown. A spoon of butter is enough for spreading the entire mould.

Allow it to bake for sometime. Allow it to cook for twenty minutes. Transfer the snack into the mould, as shown, with cashew toppings.

After twenty minutes the yummy tastier snack of badam is ready. Transfer it into a serving bowl. Garnish it with rose petals. It serves four.
