Ingredients of Badam milk
STEP : 1
With the help of the 6 simple ingredients Badam kesar doodh can be made at home.
STEP : 2
First take1 cup of badam and soak them in water for 4 to 5 hours. For instant results soak Badam in warm water.

Remove the skin of soaked Badam. Collect peeled Badam in bowl and pour it in the mixer grinder.

With the help of grinder make a thick paste of Badam you can also add 1tspn of doodh while grinding for paste.

Pour 1 liter of food in heavy bottomed bowl and let the doodh cook until it losses it's raw smell.

As the doodh starts boiling and losses it's raw smell now add Badam paste in it. While adding Badam paste stir it occasionally.

After stirring the Badam paste in doodh now add sugar as per taste required and cook it on low flame until the sugar gets dissolve in doodh.

Now take 1tspn of cardamom seeds and crush them in wet grinder until the powder forms. Collect the cardamom powder and add it in doodh.

Take 1/2 tspn of kesar strands and now add it in hot boiling doodh and stir it occasionally until least losses it color. This process should be done on low flame.
STEP : 10
Badam kesar doodh is ready . It can be served in marks ki kuliya. You can serve the drink in normal temperature or can be cooled down for best results.

Add few strands of kesar and some of the cutted Badam for garnish of Badam kesar doodh.

Finally Badam kesar doodh is ready to serve. This drink is tasty and delicious drink can be enjoyed in summer season when served cool and chilled.
