Ingredients of Badam cake
STEP : 1
Step 1: Take 1 cup of badam. Soak that badam one night before with water. Allow it for cool into the water.

Step 2: Now peel the skin of the badam like the image shows. You cannot prepare this dish without peeling the skin of badam.

Step 3: After peeling the skin of badam wash that without fail. This will deduct the dust and small skin that attach into it.

Step 4: After washing that; allow it for cool. We cannot cook wet badam for this recipe. Spread the badam into a cotton towel or a hand key.

Step 5: Now place the pan. Add the dry badam into the pan. Make the flame sim. Now fry the badam without adding oil.

Step 6: After some times the badam will crack. You have to fry the badam till this stage. The badam will break into two.

Step 7: Now allow the fried badam to cool. This fried badam will gives us a nice taste. This will reduce the raw smell of badam.

Step 8: after the fried badam cooled; grind the fried badam into mixer jar. Grind the badam in a very nice manner.

Step 9: now take a plate. Pour the grinded badam in to the plate. Then give a little massage in your hand to the badam.

Step 10: now place the pan. Add sugar in to the pan. Now we are ready to do the badam cake recipe.

Step 11: then the sugar become a little bit wet and that will leak some amount of water due to the heat. Don't allow for sugar cubes.

Step 16: allow it for cool in to a separate place. Then massage that in to your hand. This will be very sticky. This is the correct stage.

Step 17: in another plate add some amount of ghee in to it. This is for take the cake very easily. And pour the cake into the plate.

Step 18: now spread the poured badam fully in to the ghee plate. Make very thin. Other wise the cake will become fat. allow this for 3 to 4 hours below fan. Then cut the cake into your liked shape. Now badam cake is ready to taste.
