STEP : 1
The key ingredients to prepare badam peda or almond fudge, we need soaked almonds with out skin,ghee or clarified butter ,soaking saffron and water.

Initially ,soak the almonds in hot water or warm water to peel the skin ,turn on the gas stove in a moderate flame ,place a non stick kadai or tawa .

STEP : 3
Add a 3/4 cup of sugar you can add a sugar according your taste( add half cup of sugar if you would like it less sweet,one cup of sugar if more sweet).

To prepare sugar syrup ,add two cups of water along with that,and leave it to boil in a medium flame.

Now sugar syrup is boiled in a string consistency and stir it once you can add a choti elaichi powder for a good aroma if you like.

Then add half cup of soaked saffron color and mix it well with the syrup,you can also use other colors like light pink or any color of your choice.

you can also make a badam powder without removing the skin instead of soaking the almonds into hot water,now grind the soaked almonds in a thin coarse paste , add a blended badam paste into a pan.

Now whip the batter using a spatula in circular motion for about 2 to 3 minutes ,and scrape the edges in between.

when the mixture cooks well,add a ghee and mix it until the ghee oozes on top of the mixture for a good aroma and taste and mix it.

Keep string the mixture continuously and saute it well until the raw smell goes away and scrab the edges in between until the mixture leave sides of pan.

Now take a parchment paper.apply a ghee or clarified butter on top of parchment paper for non sticking of the cooled mixture.

Pour the cooled badam mixture into parchment paper ,flatten it and press gently in the middle to make a small dent to decorate the pedas.

When the mixture completely cools down,decorate with silver foil paper ,it is used traditionally for indian sweets and good for health.

Finally cut in a desired shape by using knife and transfer it in a serving plate. Badam peda is ready to serve now.
