STEP : 1
First of all take the dal and fry that dal in the dry pan for 5 minutes and then keep aside.

now add the water in the pan and add the dal and cook it for 10 minutes then add the green chilies.

now take the panaganti kura and wash well with the water and then cut them in to small pieces,and keep aside.

now after proper cooking of the dal add the washed panaganti kura in the pan and cook for 10 minutes.

now take the turmeric powder and then red chilly powder and salt for taste and then mix well once and cook in very low flame and add tamarind juice.

now after cooking that dal with the combination of the panaganti kura smash with the smasher like a fine paste.

now take a plate and take all the ingredients like red chilies garlic jeera mustered seeds and curry leaves and all.

now switch on the stove keep a pan and add the 2 tbsp of oil and fry the red chilies jeera mustered seeds and garlic.

now add the boiled and smashed dal in the fried items in the pan and add little water if required and cook for 2 minutes.

now take a serving bowl and serve the tasty and delicious pappu panaganti kura in the bowl and serve with the rice or roti as a side dish.
