STEP : 1
Take the baby potatoes, black pepper powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, garlic cloves, oregano and also the sprouted green moong dal.
STEP : 2
Boil the baby potatoes (actually par boil them i.e. they should be hard and semi boiled ) and then set them for peeling.
STEP : 3
Take all the boiled potatoes and then peel them and remove all the skin. You can wash them after peeling for better cleaning.

Now marinate the potato with salt, chili powder, garlic paste, cumin powder , oregano flakes, black pepper powder and then add the fresh cream and mix it well.

Place the marinated potatoes in an air fryer as shown in the image so that it is cooked uniformly on all sides and turns brownish.
STEP : 6
Set aside the potato after being grilled on to a serving plate and then it is ready to be served with the sprouts, salad and a dip sauce.
