  • 0.25 cup Cabbage
  • 1.00 nos Onion
  • 0.25 cup Spring Onion
  • 0.25 tbsp Cumin Seeds Powder
  • 0.25 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 0.50 tbsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 0.25 tbsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 0.50 tbsp Salt
  • 1.00 tbsp Oil
  • 0.50 tbsp Coriander Leaves

  • Take one cup of fresh sweet corn kernels,you can also bring whole sweetcorn for this recipe.

  • Take some cabbage and thin Slice them,fine Choo some Onion and fine chop some spring onion greens.

  • Take one cup of fresh corn kernels and add it to a steam vessel which is need to steam Cook you can also pressure cook the corn.

  • Then cover the lid and brings it to boil for ten to twelve minutes in medium flame.

  • Then now sweet corn comes to well boiled and now remove from flame and brings it to cool.

  • Then now add those steam cooked and cooled sweet corn kernels to a mixer jar.

  • Blend them well as sift and smooth paste by adding a little water to them and keep aside.

  • Heat a thick bottomed pan add two tbsp of oil and brings it to hot in slow flame.
