Baby corn pepper fry
STEP : 1
Wash and chop all the vegetables are fine chopped such as baby corn,as half length slices and garlic pods.and crush the pepper,and slice the green chilly as half length slice.

In a mixing bowl add 3 tbsp of cornflour and add needed salt and add some crushed pepper with them and mix well.

Then add the chopped baby corn slices with them and spray some water and mix well without any lumps formation and keep it soak for ten minutes.

Heat 2 cups of oil in a pan then add the soaked baby corn mix into them and deep fry it for few minutes.

When it gets boiled on both sides and it gets its golden brown color,and remove it from that pan and keep aside.

Heat another pan add some olive oil then add fine chopped garlic and chopped ginger and green chilies with them then saute it for few seconds.
STEP : 7
Then add the deep fried baby corn slices and spray some crushed pepper and needed salt for them and again saute it for few seconds.
STEP : 8
Finally add some chopped spring onions onto them and mix together well and serve hot as a best sip of hot coffee or with tea.
