STEP : 1
Take the baby corn and wash and clean them and put them in a pressure cooker for boiling so that the cooking time is shortened.

Chop the green chili and bell pepper. Peel the onion and chop it, peel the garlic cloves and chop it. Cut the ginger into thin long slices. Chop the spring onion.

Heat oil in a kadai and add the baby corn and fry them well till they are brownish on all sides and become softer.

Now add the ginger and garlic cloves to the kadai and mix it well and fry till the garlic and ginger turn brownish in color.

Now add the onion slices and fry them well in the kadaia and also add a pinch of salt and cook till the onion softens.

Now add the bell peppers to the kadai along with the green chili and fry them well till the bell pepper is softened.

Now add the soya sauce, chili sauce and red chili flakes to the kadai and mix it very well and cook for some time .

Add a cup of water and cook in simmer by covering with a lid till the ingredients blend well with each other

Now add the coriander leaves and mix it well and then once all the water is drained off then it should be ready to be served with spring onion toppings.
