  • 8.00 no baby corn
  • 1.00 cup chopped tomato
  • 1.00 cup chopped onion
  • 1.00 tbsp ginger garlic
  • 1.00 tbsp garam masala
  • 1.00 tbsp red chilli
  • 1.00 tbsp turmeric
  • 1.00 cup curd
  • 2.00 tbsp salt

Instructions

  • as the first step add the 8 baby corn into the plate and peel them and clean them with fresh water and add them into the bowl of water and cook with turmeric

  • now take a fresh and clean onion and add it into a fresh plate and peel it off and chop them into small peices and add into bowl

  • now take a fresh and clean plate and add the frsh and cleaned tomatoes to it and chop them into small peices and add into the bowl

  • now take a fresh and clean pan and add some oil to it and add the chopped onions and tomatoes to it

  • after stir fry of the onions and tomato keep them aside in a bowl and now add the chasews and jeera and cloves and some ghee to the pan
