Ingredients of Baby corn fry rice
Baby corn fry rice
STEP : 1
Wash and chop all the given vegetables such as scrape the carrot and fine chop it,and chop capsicum,green chilly,baby corn and garlic pods into fine slices.

Heat a frying pan add three tbsp of olive oil then add chopped garlic pods and green chilly slices and stir it well.
STEP : 3
Then add the fine chopped carrot slices and stir well till it gets half cooked and fried well for few seconds.

Then add the chopped capsicum pieces and stir well for few seconds till it gets fried well,by adding a pinch of salt.

Then add the well chopped baby corn slices and saute well till gets well fried and well saute as change into light golden brown color.

When the ingredients are well fried and then add 1/4 tbsp of soya sauce onto them and mix well till it mixes well.

After few seconds of adding the sauce with them,now add 1/2 tbsp of crushed pepper onto them and stir well for few seconds.
STEP : 8
Then add one cup of boiled rice with them and mix well together till it mixes itself evenly and also fry the rice for two seconds.

Finally garnish some chopped spring onions and fine chopped coriander leaves onto them and serve hot with any spicy veg or non veg gravy.
