Baby Corn Chilli – Crispy And Healthy Baby Corn Chilli Recipe

Ingredients
Fried Baby Corn Ingredients
- 1.00 cup Baby Corn
- 1.00 tbsp All Purpose Flour
- 2.00 tbsp Corn Starch Flour
- 0.25 tbsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1.00 cup Oil
- 0.25 cup water
For Making Sauce Ingredients
- 1.00 nos Onion
- 0.5 nos Capsicum
- 3.00 nos Garlic Pods
- 0.5 nos Ginger Slice
- 0.25 cup Spring Onion Greens
- 1.00 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 2.00 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- 0.75 tbsp Salt
Instructions
Fried Baby Corn Preparation
- Rinse one cup of fresh baby corn and wipe them well using kitchen towel and slice then as long stripes.
- Take a mixing bowl add one tbsp of all purpose flour,and two tbsp of cornstarch flour.
- Add enough salt for baby corn and add freshly crushed black pepper powder into them.
- Mix them well till the added flours are coats well and do not add any water with them.
- Heat a pan add enough oil for deep fry and add those prepared babycorn in to them,better to keep the flame in low to medium.
- When it comes to boil at one side and flip them to another side and boil for some more minutes.
- When the baby corn comes to well fried and obtains it’s golden brown,remove from oil and keep them aside in a filter paper.
For Making Sauce Preparation
- Slice one onion and split them as layers,chop some capsicum into thin slices and and fine slice some garlic and Ginger and slice spring onion greens and slit green chilies too.
- Heat a wide pan add some oil and add fine sliced garlic and fine sliced Ginger slices and roast for few seconds,a and add some slitted green chilies.
- Then add those sliced onion into them and stir for a few seconds till it comes to transparent.
- Then add sliced capsicums of desired colors,here I used green capsicum and stir for a few seconds.
- Then add enough salt for this recipe,aware already salt is added for deep fry the baby corn.
- Then add one tbsp of soya sauce into them,and stir for a few seconds,do not much quantity of soya sauce which spoils the taste.
- Then add two tbsp of tomato ketchup with them and stir well for few seconds.
- Stir well for some more seconds till the raw smell completely out and comes to tender texture.
- Then add those deep fried baby corn into them and stir well to coat well to that prepared Sauce.
- When the added deep fried baby corns are well coated to that sauce and sprinkle some spring onion greens over them and garnish and serve spicy baby corn as hot.
