  • 6.00 nos Punarpuli
  • 0.50 piece Apple
  • 1.00 tbsp Cucumber water
  • 1.00 tbsp Lemon
  • 1.75 cup Water
  • 1.00 tbsp Sugar Cube
  • 0.00 tbsp Small Nut meg
  • 2.00 leaves Mint
  • 0.25 nos Ginger
  • 0.50 tbsp Turmeric

Instructions

  • Firstly take Punarpuli of 5 to 6, It will be available in all mega malls and condiment stores.

  • Now take a one bowel in this add 3 cup of water and add 5 to 6 punarpuli , And keep this for 3 hours , then it will change as in the below image.

  • After that take a 1/2 of the apple and grind this as fully paste , Don’t add any water to this.

  • Now take a 1 slice of cucumber and grind this as fully paste don’t add any water to this ,then separate the cucumber and take only its grinder water of 1 spun.

  • Now take a 2 – pudina leaves and rub this in a palm and take the juice of this leaves.

  • Take the ginger and peel this one and grated the ginger and take the liquid of this ,take only 1/4 spun of ginger juice.

  • To this Juice just add 1/2 pinch of turmeric powder in the time of serving , Don’t add this in the first stage.

  • Now take a one lemon and extract the juice of the lemon , And add 1 full lemon juice.

  • In the time of serving the Smoothie we can add 1 full spun of sugar cubes. Other wise we can also eliminate this sugar.
