This is a very famous traditional fish curry at Kerala . We can make this easily at home ,this is a spicy curry which goes too good with white rice . This is a curry which is an unavoidable dish in every malayalees house .

Ingredients of Ayala curry

0.50 kg Ayla
1.00 no onion
1.00 tbsp ginger
1.00 no tomato
1.25 tbsp Kashmiri chilly powder
0.50 tbsp turmeric powder
0.50 tbsp Coriander powder
0.25 cup curry leaves
0.25 tbsp mustard
8.00 no yellow mustard
2.00 no black kokum
2.00 tbsp oil

At the first step cut the fish and clean it well using water ,then drain off excess water and keep it aside .

Saute everything well and then put tomato to it and again stir well , keep the flame low and when it's translucent ,

Pour some coriander powder to it stir well and then add turmeric powder, Kashmiri chilly powder and salt to it .
