Ingredients of Ayala curry
STEP : 1
At the first step cut the fish and clean it well using water ,then drain off excess water and keep it aside .

Then take your mud pot or chatty and keep it on flame . When it is hot pour oil to it and rotate the chatty to spread the oil .

Then pour some mustard to it and when it splutters put yellow mustard and then pour curry leaves, onion and ginger to it .

Saute everything well and then put tomato to it and again stir well , keep the flame low and when it's translucent ,

Pour some coriander powder to it stir well and then add turmeric powder, Kashmiri chilly powder and salt to it .

Mix everything well and then add some water to it mix it well and let it boil , so wait for two minutes .

Then add about one glass of water to it and stir well , add black kokum to it and let it boil .

When it boils taste it and put salt or any powder if needed , then put the fish pieces to it .

Then mix it well and let it cooked well. Wait for about ten to twenty minutes and when it is done off the flame .
