Ingredients of Avocado juice
STEP : 1
This is a Butter fruiit from this we are going to prepare the juice now , Firstly wash this in a water before cutting .
STEP : 2
After washing the butter fruit , We have to cut that as ishown in the below image , and it is looks full yellow in inside of the fruit .
STEP : 3
After cuting the fruit in to the middel , Now take a one jar , in this add the cuted fruit into this .

After grinding the fruit seperatly , Now take a 1/2 cupof milkand griend this for 5 minutes . Add the boiled and cooled milk for griending.

After adding the milk and griend for 5 minutes the mixer of butter milk islooks as in the below image .

Now take a 1/2pinch of yogendra rasam powder , It is anayurved powder which isavalabelin all ayurveda storeas . Add thisalso in the lastround of griending .

Now takea dry ginger , And make itasa fully powdered , And add this only 1/4 pinch in the time of serving , Because it had a medicen value .

Lastly add 2 to 3 spun of honey fora taste of juice , If you wantyou can also increase this as your wish , Just add this in the time of serving .

IN the below image i add the salt withthe Yogendra rasam , Butyou canadd 1/2 pinch of salt lasty , after griending also .
STEP : 10
Now the healthy and tasty with lots of minerals of ayurveda butter juice is ready to serve now. If you want you can also add Icecubes .
