STEP : 1
Roast the aval in a medium flame for 2-3 minutes to get a reddish brown colour. It is an optional thing,do it only if you like it.The fresh aval is also good for health and can be directly use for the preparation.
STEP : 2
Crush the pazham,peanuts,chocolate and sugar using a blender.The products obtained is in a crush paste form with a colour of reddish brown. This mixture is the second step for this recipe.
STEP : 3
Take the cold frozen milk.crush those hard milk cubes if any.This precaution is taken for easy mixing and also for the safety of the blades in the blender.
STEP : 4
Mix the frozen milk with horlics and our mixer for 2-3 minutes.Make sure that its product is mixed well.The mixture want to be smooth its maximum.the final product will be a reddish white colured smooth paste.
STEP : 5
Take a designed glass and add the mixture 1/4 of the cup. Then add the roasted aval in a proportion of 2/3.Then again pour the mixture to it until the glass fill.Then design the final product with remaining peanuts and serve.
