STEP : 1
At the first step take the vegetables to you need to prepare and clean it well by soak this in water with turmeric powder .

Then wash it again using pure water and then chop this to small pieces . no need to wash it after cutting .

Then heat a pan put oil and add mustard when its hot . then when the mustard splutters add the onion , green chilly to it .

Saute it well.and let it become nicely cooked and transparent , when its done add the curry leaves to it .

Then stir well and add chopped beans to it , or you can add the vegetable which need more cooking time .

Then mix it well and keep the flame low then close the pan for two to five minutes or until the beans is half cook end , then add the carrot and cabbage to it .

Then mix it well add some salt and again close it for two to five minutes or until its cooked .

Then finally add the broccoli to it and mix it and close the pan and off the flame . broccoli we need like only a boiled stage .
