Ingredients of aval kesari

1.00 cup aval
1.00 tbsp karupatti jaggery
5.00 gram cashew nuts
5.00 gram badam
1.00 cup water
0.50 tbsp salt
2.00 gram ghee
2.00 gram raisins
4.00 tbsp coconut
2.00 gram elaichi

Very healthy and delicious recipe of sweet aval, i have seen such type of nice recipe for the first time, even aval could be made so delicious and that too in not much time, it's very very good and healthy recipe, nutritionally aval is number one and when you go for calorie intake count then nothing like it.
