STEP : 1
in the first step in a bowl take aval,for this recipe only tight aval is required

STEP : 2
in the next step,wash the aval kept in the bowl for atleast three times,so that it will be clean

in the next step,after washing the aval,pour one cup of water in the bowl and do not soak for more than 3 minutes

in the next step,strain the water from the bowl totaly and empty the aval from the bowl to a mixie jar

in the next step,after the aval is shifted in the jar,do not grind it totaly,just give a pulse twice like this,do not add water

in the next step,place a kadai on the stove,and add oil or ghee as preferable for the taste

in the next step,after the kadai gets little hot add the chopped cashew nuts or else you can even coaurse grind it,fry it

in the next step,add the raisins which means dry grapes and fry it this can be added to the taste needed

in the next step,add the chopped badam pieces and fry it for 15 seconds,shift it after it turns into golden brown

in the next step,after the nuts are shifted from kadai,add water in the kadai for the proportion half the aval taken

in the next step,after the water in the kadai gets heated,add the karuppatti jaggery,preferable for the taste s needed

in the next step,after adding the jaggery,stir it for two minutes so that jaggery will get melted fully

in the next step,after the jaggery gets melted,add a pinch of salt,this will give good taste for the recipe

in the next step,add the coaurse grinded aval in the kadai slowly and stir it well

in the next step,after aval is added,add the grinded coconut in the kadai and stir it well

in the next step,after adding the grinded coconut,add the fried nuts and raisins in the kadai

in the next step,after adding the nuts and raisins add the powdered elaichi in the kadai

in the next step,stir all the ingredients added in the kadai,and leave it for two minutes

in the next step,after the ingredients gets combined together add the ghee as required for the dish
