  • 1.00 cup Onions
  • 1.00 cup Poha
  • 2.00 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1.00 tbsp Gera
  • 1.00 tbsp Mustered Seeds
  • 4.00 tbsp Oil
  • 1.00 nos Green Chillies
  • 2.00 tbsp Ground Nuts
  • 1.00 tbsp Termeric Powder
  • 0.5 tbsp Salt
  • 2.00 nos Curryleaves

Instructions

  • First of all take the bowl and take the one cup of the poha and keep that bowl aside.

  • Now take the one cup of the water and add the water in the bowl of poha as shown in the image.

  • Now take the juice filter and filter the water from the poha as shown in the image and keep aside.

  • Now take the onions and then cut them in to small pieces and then green chillly and keep them aside.

  • Now take the pan and switch on the stove and preheat the oil and the add the ground nuts and fry well.

  • Now take the gera and add the one tbsp of the gera in the fried mustered seeeds as shown in the image.

  • Now take the onions and add them in the oil and fry them as shown in the image in low flame.

  • Now take the curry leaves and add them in the fried onions as shown in the image and keep them aside.

  • Now take the salt and add the sufficient salt for the taste in the onions and them mix well.

  • Now take the turmeric powder and add the one tbsp of turmeric powder in the fried onions and mix them well.

  • Now fry the onions untill the raw smell of turmeric powder gone out and then add little oil if required.

  • Now take the filtered poha from the filter ad add them in the fried onions as shown in the image.

  • Now take the fried ground nuts and add them in the poha as shown in the image and mix.

  • Now take the spoon and mix all the ingrediants well untill they mix with the poha and then switch off the stove.

  • Now after some time take the lemon juice and add one or two tbsp of lemon juice in the poha.
