STEP : 1
The key ingredients to prepare wheat nuts laddoo ,we need wheat flour,gram flour,sugar,jaggery,milk,coconut,sesameseeds,ghee,raisins,cashewnuts,dry ginger powder,cardamom powder,peanuts,salt and food color.

STEP : 2
Initially take a cup of wheat flour and sieve or sift the wheat flour once.

Turn on the flame,place a vessel add a tablespooon of ghee and let it melt.

Add a cup of wheat flour and let it roast for few seconds in a low flame.

When the atta raw smell goes out,lower the flame and transfer it in a plate.

Once again ,add a tablespoon of ghee or clarified butter and let it melt for a second.

Add a cup of gram flour and let it roast for few seconds in a low flame.

Now add a cup of fresh peanuts and let it roast for few seconds.it is optional.

In a same pan ,add quarter cup of whole milk and allow it to boil.

When the dry roasted peanuts cools down,peel the skin and add it in a blender.

Add the finely roasted white sesame seeds in a blender,adding these will reduce body heat.

Blend it for few seconds till it turns semi powder consistency then transfer in a plate.

Add a pinch of salt for blended taste because there is no sweet recipe with out using salt.

Add crunched two cardamoms or half tablespoon of cardamom powder and mix it continuously for few seconds.

Add a fresh grated coconut along with the mixture and mix it for few seconds.

Add half cup of sugar or granulated sugar and stir it completely for few seconds.

Add a cup of powdered jaggery in a boiling mixture and mix it with out any lumps.

To avoid sticking add a tablespoon of ghee and mix it using spatula without any lumps.

Let's roast the nuts,place a kadai add the remaining tablespoon of ghee and let it melt.

Add few broken cashews in a ghee and mix it,You can add crunched badam if you prefer.

Add quarter cup of raisins and mix it,You can add crunched walnuts or pistachios if you prefer.

Add the roasted nuts in a blended mixture and mix it completely ,let it cook.

Add little bit of water in a food color and mix it completely using spoon ,don't add much water.

After 2 to 3 minutes ,when the mixture completely cooked turn off the flame and allow to cool.

Add few drops of prepared food color along with the blended mixture and mix it .

Mix it with out any gap by using hands ,you can apply a tablespoon of ghee once again.
