First of all, take the wheat atta and sieve it well to remove the extra material and take it in the bowl.

Now, after all that, on the other hand, take the sugar in the bowl and the quantity should be same as atta.

Now, after all this, take the pan and then take the ghee in it and let it heat on the low flame.

Now, after all that, when the ghee gets little bit hot, add the wheat atta to the ghee and cook it on low flame.

Now, after all this, cook this wheat atta on the low flame by continuously stiring it till it gets brown in color.

Now, after all that, take the water in the bowl and then add the water to the cooked atta and mix well so that it does not create lumps.

Now, after all that, cook it on the low flame for few minutes and then add the sugar to the pan.

Now, after that, mix the sugar well in int and cook it for few more minutes till the mixture starts flapping.

Now, after all this, when the sheera gets cooked, take it out in the bowl and serve by garnishing with the dry fruits.
