  • 3.00 cup Rice flour
  • 2.00 no Onion
  • 3.00 no Green chili
  • 2.00 no Coriander
  • 1.00 tbsp Jeera
  • 1.00 tbsp Salt
  • 1.00 cup Rice

Instructions
 

Arisi maavu roti

  • Take a bowl and add rice flour, chopped onion, green chili, jeera, coriander and required salt and mix it well.
  • Now if you have cooked rice which is remaining, add that into the mix. Also you can cook rice now but add it after it is chilled and mix it.
  • Make a dough and make small round balls from the dough. See that the dough is not very thick nor very sticky.
  • Pat it into a round shape on a plastic cover. Because it is easy to remove the dough if you do it on plastic cover.
  • Take a pan, add oil. let it heat for 2 minutes. Once the oil is heat put the dough on the pan.
  • Add more oil both the sides because the roti will be crispy brown and will taste very good. Once it turns golden brown you can serve it hot with chutney or any gravy.
