- 0.5 nos Lemon
- 4.00 nos Green Chili
- 0.25 tbsp Hing
- 0.25 tbsp Cumin seeds

- Take some arbi and keep aside. Then take some green chili, some hing, some cumin seeds and lemon all these things bring together and keep aside.
- wash the arbi and cut it and keep aside, then wash the chili and chop this and keep aside for cooking.
- Take a pressure cooker and add some water in it and add the arbi and boil it on the gas oven.
- cool the boiled arbi and pill the boiled arbi and put it on a plate and keep aside for cooking .
- Take the boiled arbi and mash it and add some salt in it and keep aside for cooking the next step of the recipe.
- Then take the boiled mashed arbi and add some hing in it and mix it well and keep aside for cooking.
- Then take the boiled mashed arbi and add some cumin seeds in it and mix it well and keep aside for cooking.
