- 0.50 kg Arbi
- 1.00 nos tomato
- 4.00 nos green chili
- 2.00 tbsp haradhaniya
- 0.50 tbsp red chili powder
- 0.25 tbsp haldi powder
- 1.00 tbsp dhaniya powder
- 1.00 cup curd
- 2.00 tbsp salt
- 0.50 cup oil
- First take the arbi and clean it properly with water and after cleaning the arbi take it in a bowl first.
- After cleaning the arbi properly we cut it in small pieces and after cutting the arbi we take it in a bowl.
- now we cut the tomato and green chili and take it into a pot and also take the rest required ingredients in it.
- Now we take a pot and heat the oil in it. after heating the oil we mix the cutting arbi in it first.
- Now after few minutes after mixing the arbi in oil we also mix the cutting tomato in it and mix it properly.
- Now we mix the all the ingredients or masala in it properly and cook it again for few minutes at the low temperature.
- Now when it is going to the cook then we mix the curd in it at the last and mix it properly in the vegetable.
