Ingredients of Arbi masala
STEP : 1
Cut onion into small pieces. Cut tomato into small pieces Roughly chop curry leaves Cut garlic cloves into small pieces Keep all cut items aside.

Wash Arbi thoroughly and boil in a vessel and remove skin when properly boiled. Cut into medium pieces and keep aside.

Take a medium pan and put oil into it. When oil get heats add mustard seeds into it. When mustard starts to crackle add cumin into pan. When cumin starts to splutter add chopped garlic and cook till golden brown. Now add cut onions and cook till golden brown. Now add chopped curry leaves and tomato into pan and stir till tomato cooks well.

When tomato cooks properly add turmeric powder and stir. Add red chilly powder,coriander powder, cumin powder and salt one by one and stir. When all masala cooks and mixes well add boiled arbi pieces into pan. Stir well so all ingredients mixes well. Now Arbi masala is ready. Just keep the cooked curry leaves as garnish and serve.
