Ingredients of Apple murabba
STEP : 1
The key ingredients to prepare apple murabba ;we need apple;sugar;lemon;lavang ;green cardamom;food color and salt.

Take two nos apple;wash and peel the skin seperately by using a knife or peeler
STEP : 3
Now wash the apples and cut into fine equal parts pieces in a seperate bowl.

To avoid oxidising or to avoid color changing ;add a cup of water in it.

Add little bit of salt for staying fresh then keep it aside for 15 minutes.

Turn on the flame;place a medium vessel ;add a cup of water and let it boil.

Turn on the other flame;place a long vessel to make sugar syrup add one cup of sugar .

Add 3/4th cup of water then stir it for few seconds till the sugar dissolves.

Add 2 to 3 green cardamom seeds; if you not prefer like this add half tablespoon of green cardamom powder.

Add 2 to 3 lavang along with the sugar syrup and mix it ;let boil.

Add orange food color ;you can add red food color ;adding food color is optional.

Add little bit of water and dissolve in it using spoon;don't add too much water.

When the water boils ;add the soaked apple pieces in it after straining the water.

Add the prepared food color liquid in a boiling syrup and mix it;let it boil

Squeeze a drop of lemon juice on a boiling sugar to avoid the formation of crystallization of sugar.

After few minutes check it when the apple turn soft or not then strain the water completley.

Add the strained apples in a boiling syrup and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

Turn off the flame;let it cool completely then transfer it;Our tasty apple murabba is ready now.
