Ingredients of Apple lassi

STEP : 1
first of all take the fresh apple and check weather there is any damage in the apple or not and keep aside

now take the water and wash well and remove the peel and cut the apple like a small pieces as shown

now take the fresh curd from the frize and keep aside until it cools down as shown in the image

now take the bowl and take the 4 or 5 ice cubes in the bowl and keep them aside as shown

now take the mixi jar and add the fresh one cup of the curd in the juice jar as shown

now take the apple pieces and add them in the juice jar as shown in the image and keep aside

now take the sugar and add the one or 3 tbsp of the sugar in the mixy jar as shown in the image

now take the elachi and make it as powder and add them in the mixy jar as shown in the image
