Apple halwa is the one of the favorite desert for everyone , especially for kids .and it is also healthiest one also.
Apple Ka Halwa – A Famous Dessert & Healthy Apple Ka Halwa Recipe
- 1.00 nos Apple
- 0.5 cup Sugar
- 0.5 tbsp Cinnamon
- 0.5 tbsp Vanilla essence
- 3.00 tbsp Ghee
- 0.25 cup Milk
- firstly we have to take a one apple and grated the apple as i shown in the below image .
- Now take a one kada to this add 2 to 3 spun of ghee , and make it heat in a medium low flame.
- After heating the kada,now add the grated apple to the kada and fry this in a medium low flame.
- After frying the apple for 5 minutes , now add 1/4 cup of milk and fry for 5 minutes in a low flame.
- Now add 1/2 cup of sugar to the kada , you can reduce the quantity of the sugar if the apple is too sweet.
- Now add the cinnamon powder of 1/2 table spun it gives a special taste to the halwa,Powder the cinnamon by a grinder.
- Hire i’m adding the vanilla essence , of 1/2 table spun, you can also add the vanilla powder also .
- After adding all the ingredients to the kada fry this for 10 to 15 minutes in a low flame , the halwa have to remove from the kada easily.
- Now take a one plate , and apply the ghee to the plate as i shown in the below image.
- Now the healthy and tasty desi apple halwa is ready to serve now , use cashew for garnishing.
